Insight: Consumers want more than a one-and done sales approach. They want a partner they can count on throughout their RV life.
Idea: In an industry not known for customer service, Blue Compass set out with a mission: to create a brand that supported customers wherever their journey led. Every mile. Every day. We needed to transform one-time RV engagements/ sales into lasting customer relationships that offer 24-hour service, on or off the road. We developed the brand name, market positioning, and visual identity, including logo creation and comprehensive branding. Building on this foundation, we designed and executed a robust 360-degree campaign across traditional, digital, and social media channels highlighting extraordinary RV adventures, while reinforcing the message that Blue Compass RV is a trusted companion for customers on all their journeys.
Results: In just four years, Blue Compass RV grew from a start-up to a $3.2B dollar business, becoming the fastest-growing RV dealership in American history—growing faster than Apple, Google, and Tesla.
